Do I need special software or hardware to read eBooks?
All you need is your PC, laptop, or handheld device but you do need to make sure you´ve downloaded one of the free readers before you download your ebooks.
Which format should I choose?
That depends on your Operating System and hardware. A useful Readers Comparison Table located at http://www.ebooks.com/help/tools/readerstable.smm will help you compare the different eBook formats so that you will be able to choose the right one for you.
Can I print and copy my eBooks?
You cannot currently print a RosettaBook.
How do I get help if I have a problem?
If you do encounter a technical problem you should look at the FAQ´s on the retailers site which you have chosen. If the FAQ´s do not solve your problem you should contact the retailer.
